hi folks, we had great holiday for 2 weeks, didnt take my mtx, now i have wee problem do i take my 6 mtx on mon like i would have done. or do ineed to go back to the start sylvia xx

Hi Sylvia,
Glad you enjoyed your holiday.
I'm not saying you should do this, but when I have missed my mtx for a couple of weeks I start off with half the dose and then take the full dose the following week.

as for the MTX
I was told if I missed mine I had to start back as normal
I do not know what you have been told the best thing I can suggest is to phone your help line to see what they have to say

its in your blood stream for 6 weeks so just start back as normel

thanks for replys, i will just take nomal does i think, i can never get through to rummy nurse we only have 2 for whole of north ayrshire so ive been told will let you kn ow how it goes thanks for replying so quick sylvia
